Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not been dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

• Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
• Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Incorrect item received
• Product must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags, labels, and seals intact

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• Product is used, altered, or mishandled
• Damage occurs after delivery due to usage
• No proper unboxing video is provided

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued in the form of KraftX Store Credit only
• Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.)

Exchange / Replacement Policy

We offer exchange or replacement under the following conditions:

• Applicable only for damaged or defective products
• Must be supported with a valid unboxing video
• Replacement is subject to product availability

Not Eligible for Replacement

• Change of mind (size, color, or preference)
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
• KraftX reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification
